Our People & Culture team supports the organisation by providing relevant, practical and time efficient advice across a wide range of issues to deliver best practice people management outcomes. We are now looking for an experienced professional to join our committed team in a business partnership role. Full time is preferable but four days a week will be considered.

About the Role / Key Accountabilities

Working collaboratively with senior management across a dedicated stakeholder group, you’ll be accountable for advising on a range of people matters. Specific areas of responsibility include:

  • Implementing People & Culture projects and change management practices to support organisational development;

  • Broad-ranging HR matters, including IR/ER across your stakeholder group; and

  • Balancing strategic HR advice with operational practice.

About You/What You need

You’ve already proven your value in an HR partnership role, ideally within a large, complex organisation, and are motivated by the satisfaction that comes from working across a diverse portfolio.

You hold undergraduate or postgraduate degree studies in Human Resource Management or a relevant business discipline and you can demonstrate previous success working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
