Case Manager MSTS (Mobile Support and Treatment Service) - Fixed Term Full time - 1/1/2025 -5/1/2026- The position is to cover extended leave.

About the Mental Health Division
The Mental Health Division provides mental health assessment and interventions for people experiencing mental illness, and their family and carers. Working from a recovery-orientated model, the Mental Health Division provides an array of hospital-based, community and specialist services for infants, children, young people, adults and aged people throughout Victoria. All mental health services work within a clinical framework that promotes recovery-orientated practice and supported decision-making. We are a highly supportive and collaborative team culture, based on the foundations of the Austin Health values.
About the role
As a Case Manager, you will work collaboratively with the MSTS Consultant Psychiatrist and the team to provide the highest level of clinical care to the consumers. The service operates between 8.00 am and 9.30 pm Monday to Friday and 8.30 am to 5.00 pm on weekends and public holidays. Case managers work on shifts over the course of the week.
