About the Role
The Business Operations and Improvement Division is responsible for delivering essential customer-centric services and solutions that add value, help people get their job done and ensures DoT meets it compliance obligations.
Transport Regulatory Operations (TRO) is a Branch within the Department of Transport and Planning, and has the responsibility to manage the infringement and enforcement of ticketing, behavioural and parking offences committed on across the public transport network and Clearway parking offences.

Position Outcomes
We are looking for a candidate with foundational skills in statutory interpretation, critical thinking, and problem-solving, demonstrating the ability to interpret legislation, resolve issues using policy or process guidelines, and contribute to improvements.
