Cashier - Revenue Services


  • Cashier at Tertiary Hospital
  • 5 weeks annual leave plus monthly ADO
  • Hybrid Work Environment

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Cashier.This is a Full Time position based in new purpose built offices at 635 Elizabeth Street, reporting to the Operations Manager - Revenue Services.

  • Daily bank reconciliation: You'll ensure all financial records are balanced and accurate
  • Providing exceptional customer service: You'll be the friendly face of the Revenue Services team, processing payments efficiently and accurately while offering a positive and helpful experience to patients and families
  • Working Collaboratively: You'll be part of a supportive team environment, collaborating with colleagues across Revenue Services, Finance and other departments within the hospital
  • Minimising unallocated deposits: You'll ensure the timely allocation of payments playing your part in ensuring that the department operates efficiently, accurately and securely

About you:

We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable individual with strong attention to detail. You'll have experience in receipting, billing and customer service, itdeally within a healthcare setting.


  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • The ability to work accurately and effectively in a busy team environment
