In this role, you will implement change management, engagement, and communication strategies to support our Technology Modernisation program which includes major system and business process upgrades. You'll work closely with stakeholders, conduct change impact analysis, and provide expert advice to ensure smooth transitions and high adoption rates.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary degree or industry recognised qualification in change management with related professional registration is desirable.
• Excellent written communication skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Facilitation expertise using both in person and online techniques that are visually appealing.
• Experience in working in complex digital transformation programs would be well regarded.
• Knowledge and understanding of Victorian agriculture and/or biosecurity would be well regarded.
• Experience working in Agile environments and squads would be well regarded.

This is a fixed term position available for a period until 30 June 2026. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
