An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to lead the Health Information Service (HIS) at BRHS. This role is perfectly suited to a proactive leader who has management expertise, highly developed interpersonal skills and is ready for a new challenge for the period of a parental leave contract.
The position:
As the Chief Health Information Manager (CHIM) you will provide effective leadership and coordination of the HIS to ensure delivery of accurate, cost effective and timely services to BRHS. The position will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure integrated Health Information Management and Patient reporting and perform the role of FOI Privacy Officer for BRHS. Additional key responsibilities include managing VAED and VEMD data reporting and reconciliation process, providing BRHS with accurate case mix information and working closely with EMR team in the continued rollout of Electronic Medical Record.
