What You Will Be Doing

This is a short term contract open to speech pathologists familiar with family-sensitive, child-centred interventions to address developmental delays in children from birth to school age. Your commitment to the social model of health will inform your approach and you will contribute to an enthusiastic, committed and inclusive multidisciplinary team. The role is based in Rosebud, and Hastings 48 hours per fortnight.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Qualification in Speech Pathology and maintain practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia
• Skills and commitment to working in child-centred and family-focused practices including skills in working with vulnerable and disadvantaged families.
• Commitment to operationalising the principles of the social model of health.
• Commitment to continuous quality improvement including self-development.
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise duties and best/evidence based practice.
