What You Will Be Doing

Peninsula Health Children's Services has received growth funding for the SRF program delivery in 2024! We have a position available for a Grade 2 at 0.8 EFT (or less hours by negotiation).
This role provides an opportunity for a Speech Pathologist with skills and interest in working with children and families to contribute to improving developmental and educational outcomes for vulnerable children.

School Readiness Funding (SRF) aims to support the learning and development of children who need it most and address educational disadvantage through capacity-building activities.

This role includes travel across the Frankston & Mornington Peninsula catchment and a fleet car is available for use. A staff laptop and mobile phone are provided and flexibility (including working from home opportunities) can be negotiated. We offer high quality clinical supervision, paid professional development programs (such as HANEN) and generous salary entitlements.

Within the SRF Program: Allied health professionals work in collaboration with educators and families, with the goal of improving outcomes for children in one or more of the three School Readiness Funding priority areas:
• Communication (language development)
• Wellbeing (social and emotional)
• Access and inclusion

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
