Gippsland Southern Health Service (GSHS) is a major provider of healthcare in the South Gippsland Shire. GSHS offers a broad range of services that meet the needs of a diverse and sparsely populated area. With two main acute facilities based at Leongatha and Korumburra, GSHS offers a broad range of specialist, general, acute, subacute, ambulatory, residential aged care and community services.

About the Role
Enthusiastic and motivated persons are invited to apply for the above positions.  Applicants must be willing to work in all areas across both the Leongatha and Korumburra Hospitals.

Shifts vary from 3 to 8 hours and include day, late afternoons and must be able to work weekends when required.

Applicants for catering positions are required to provide a qualification in HLTFSE001 - Follow Basic Food Safety Practices.  Applicants who hold a current Victorian driver’s license will be viewed favourably.  It is preferred applicantshave achieved a minimum qualification in Environmental Services, though not essential. 

Staff have access to supportive staff mentoring, education and development programs.  Salary Packaging is available for all staff.  The successful applicant will be required to provide a current satisfactory police check.
