About the Role

An opportunity exists at with our APAT at Peter James Centre-Burwood- for a passionate and enthusiastic Mental Health Clinician with sound clinical knowledge and at least 12 months experience within a mental Health setting, preferably in Aged Persons Mental Health.  You will be part of a multidisciplinary friendly supportive team, providing clinical case management to consumers over the age of 65 years, and have ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.

APAT is a community based mental health outreach team, servicing people over the age of 65 years. You will be working with a multidisciplinary team to provide mental health services and support based on the Recovery Model principles. There will be opportunities to continue to develop further with your career.

About You

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Current Victorian drivers licence


• Post graduate qualifications (preferred)


• Well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills


• Ability to work as part of a diverse team


• Strong commitment to high quality patient care


• Current Australian working visa
