The Corporate Resources Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the Corporation’s Divisions on an ‘as needed’ basis under the direction of the manager and/or Senior Corporate Resources Officer.

Corporate Resources Officer
The Corporate Resources Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the Corporation's Divisions on an ‘as needed' basis under the direction of the manager and/or Senior Corporate Resources Officer.
These tasks include but are not limited to data entry, document preparation and collation, title and company searches and the servicing of internal working groups as part of a Board Secretariat ‘resource pool'.
The position also assists with the day-to-day recording of all external communication received (via mail, email and fax) within our records management system and its allocation to appropriate staff.
