     About the Role

    We are looking for an enthusiastic Credentialled Diabetes Educator to join our Primary Health team. The Credentialled Diabetes Educator will work within our well-developed and highly regarded Diabetes team to provide diabetes services to community health, aged care and acute ward. The successful applicant will enjoy the opportunity to have experience working with exciting diabetes technology including our insulin pump clinic and continuous glucose-monitoring program.

    Previous experience in supporting diabetes care within a community setting and diabetes technology would be highly regarded.
