Critical Care Registered Nurse - ICU
The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) ICU has 42 physical bed spaces and currently admits over 2000 patients every year. We are equipped to provide physiological monitoring and life supporting therapies, accepting both high dependency and intensive care patients. The range of life supporting therapies provided include haemofiltration, IABP, ECMO, invasive neurological monitoring, invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation, invasive haemodynamic monitoring, temporary cardiac pacing, administration of inotropic and vasopressor agents, and other high level supportive therapies.
The RMH ICU provides services to the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre partners, the Peter MacCallum Hospital and the Women’s hospital across the Parkville precinct.
We are looking for postgraduate qualified ICU nurses to join our welcoming and collaborative team.
