About the role

Are you passionate about the importance of the family/carer lived experience voice in child and youth mental health services?

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Child, Youth and Family Participation team at Eastern Health Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS).

The successful applicant will have personal lived experience as a family/carer of a child or young person form the ages 0-11 yrs with mental health difficulties and preferably been involved with public child and youth mental health services.

As the successful applicant you will be a passionate supporter of high quality child and youth mental health services and will join the youth and family carer peer workforce to ensure the family/carer lived experience is embedded within the service.

You will be supported by the Manager of the Child, Youth and Family lived experience team and work within a friendly and supportive team, committed to making a difference to the lives of children, young people and their families/carers who have serious mental health difficulties.

 You will receive the following additional benefits:
