Looking for a rewarding career opportunity in the heart of Maryborough? Our onsite Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated Dental Office Administrator to join our Community Services team in a fixed term position. As the Dental Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality dental care to eligible patients in accordance with their specific needs and the guidelines set forth by Dental Health Services Victoria. In this role your responsibilities will encompass the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic, making you an essential part of our team!

Fixed Term- Full Time – 80 hours per fortnight

  • Demonstrated highly developed communication skills
  • Experience in Dental Administration
  •  Ability to liaise with relevant external organisations

Technical/Professional Knowledge and skills

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing education
  • Commitment to providing a high standard of service
  • Experience working with a diverse range of people in the community
  • Excellent understanding of current documentation systems used in Public Dental Services
  • Ability to trouble shoot autonomously and seek assistance when required
  • Understanding of DHSV reporting, data and auditing requirements and the ability to undertake as required
