About the role:
An excellent opportunity has arisen to assist in leading the planning, design and implementation of Legal Help's technology reforms whilst continuing to support the rollout of Legal Help's Intake Solution, along with other technology reforms, which are aimed at ensuring best practise and a client centric approach.

As part of this role, you will work collaboratively with senior stakeholders across the business to understand, define, and prioritise Legal Help's operational and staff and client needs whilst translating these into deliverable requirements.

About you:
You will have experience in leading and implementing technology projects and working with stakeholders at various levels. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and will bring along a collaborative approach to problem solving and working with your immediate team.

Vital to your success in this role will be your ability to lead, influence, plan and execute technical change in an organisation. A knowledge of Agile methodologies or similar tools is highly desirable.

This role will suit candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about technology, committed to client outcomes and someone who has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver results.
