The role supports the Digital Strategy Manager and project stakeholders to deliver content for schools that meets best practice digital standards. The role will assist with the migration of content, review of content against digital standards and accessibility requirements, suggesting improvements where required, advise project stakeholders on accessibility, conduct technical checks on content and report on project progress.

We're looking for two digital content specialists to help us transition to a new website for the Department of Education and Training. As part of the transition, we'll be uplifting important information, removing red tape, and making sure the content meets digital best practice.

Working with subject matter experts, you'll review content to make sure it's digital-first and meeting standards. You will identify presentation options and give advice on any fixes or improvements.

Importantly, you'll also be able to explain and demystify the standards for stakeholders who are new to digital.

Finally, you'll be comfortable working as part of a hands on team that will populate the new content. This will include dead link checking, debugging basic HTML, and general content QA tasks before the website launches.

To apply, submit your CV along with an overview of how you meet the Key Selection Criteria based on your past experience.
