Fixed Term Full Time until 31 December 2021


The Digital Content Officer is responsible for the review, editing (as per SME feedback), publishing and coordination of high quality and accurate online content which meets departmental standards. The role helps manage the updating, editing and publishing cycle of high traffic web pages across a number of different content management systems. The Digital Content Officer will also engage with internal/external stakeholders via phone/email/in person to resolve queries and build effective working relationships at all levels. The Digital Content Officer will undertake publishing tasks as required; work with cross-functional teams; and implement relevant digital strategies and guidelines.

  • Experienced in web publishing using content management and other content production systems?
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines and as part of a content or cross-functional team?
  • Comfortable building effective working relationships and following up on outstanding work?
