Early Childhood Performance and Planning Advisor (Brimbank Melton)

Early Childhood Improvement Branches deliver significant Victorian Government early childhood initiatives, including School Readiness Funding and Three-Year-Old Kindergarten, and ensures a dedicated team supports early childhood services in Areas. 

The role of the Early Childhood Performance and Planning Advisor (ECPAPA) role involves understanding and responding to community needs and the services in the area of portfolio responsibility. 

Critical to this role is building partnership relationships with a range of service providers and developing the capacity of these service providers to deliver quality programs within their local communities, particularly for more vulnerable children and families.

The role will require high level interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills as well as experience in project management. The role will work closely with other staff in the Early Childhood Improvement Branch, particularly with the VPS5 ECPAPAs.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in early childhood education and care

Work Location: Keilor Office, Brimbank Melton, South Western Victoria Region

Time Fraction: 0.8 FTE, part time, fixed term to 30/6/21.
