The successful applicant will be employed at the Bogong Campus located in Bogong Village in north-east Victoria. To maintain a clean and safe school where all members of the community can work.
The cleaning staff will report to and be responsible directly to the Principal. In their absence, they will report to the Campus Principal.
They are responsible in ensuring that all areas of the school are cleaned to their optimum to ensure that the students and staff have access to a safe and hygienic learning environment. This would be done in accordance with the schools vision.
After cleaning the surface is to be dry, of uniform appearance and visibly free of spots, soil, film, dirt, dust, stains, marks, finger prints and foreign matter such as rubbish, food and cleaning residue.
The cleaner/s are required to perform daily, weekly and termly tasks as per the Cleaning Schedule.
All cleaning services are to be carried out at a time, and manner to minimise disruption to the students, staff and other contractors.
There is a requirement that they report any damage encountered to the Maintenance Person as soon as reasonably practicable.
Individuals with the aptitude, experience and/or qualifications to fulfill the specific requirements of the position.
