Aged Care Quality Coordinator


Residential Services


Enrolled Nurse Level 2-3
Permanent Part Time
(16 hrs per fortnight) 



Applications are invited from motivated Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated Residential Services teams. This permanent part time position is available for an immediate start and includes working Monday to Friday. This role involves working collaboratively with the Aged Care leadership team and other stakeholders and oversees the development, implementation and monitoring of the Residential Services Quality and Safety Plan.



Key Selection Criteria include:


Essential:



  • Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration

  • High level interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary nursing theory and practice and commitment to continuing professional development and continuous improvement

  • Strong organisation skills including problem solving, time management and decision making

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Advanced computer skills with a sound knowledge of applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

  • A personal approach which is positive, respectful and collaborative

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage own workload


 


Desirable:



  • Previous experience with data collection and reporting

  • Knowledge and experience in quality improvement and health accreditation

  • Understanding of the requirements of Aged Care Accreditation

  • Previous experience in Aged Care Accreditation compliance
