We are currently looking for an Enquiries and Review Officer to join our team

The position is responsible for acting as the face of the VLSB+C by taking all enquiries from the public, consumers and lawyers, whether received by telephone, online, or in person; and either seeking to resolve these if resolution is appropriate or alternatively referring these within the Division for handling.

The Enquiries & Review team acts as a “concierge” for consumers and lawyers and serves as a single point of contact to help them navigate the various parts of the organisation. It assesses the needs of those contacting our office, triages and directs enquiries and complaints to appropriate areas of the organisation, and resolves enquiries and complaints within the team. The team is also responsible for managing licencing enquiries and the PC renewal process, and maintains the lawyer register.
