Get ready for an exciting and unique opportunity to join our dynamic Aged Care team as an Enrolled Nurse!

As an Enrolled Nurse, your role involves working closely with Registered Nurses to plan, implement, evaluate, and maintain the highest standards of nursing care and service delivery. You'll play a vital part in providing consumer-focused, holistic care under the guidance of Registered Nurses, performing nursing functions aligned with your level of expertise and formal educational preparation.

In this position, your exceptional assessment and problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you care for consumers in our Residential Care Facility. Collaboration is key, as you'll closely partner with fellow nurses, specialists, and Assistant Nurse Unit Managers. You'll need to prioritise resident care, adapt to changing daily demands, and exhibit sound clinical and communication skills.

We have multiple ongoing part time hours available with opportunities to fill additional shifts as they arise. You'll be part of a flexible, rotating roster, which includes morning, afternoon, and night shifts, ensuring you're always in the action.  We also have casual opportunities. Casual staff are employed on an ‘as needs’ basis to backfill leave and extra shifts on days, nights and weekends. Casual positions do not include regular hours.

  • Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in nursing skills with a strong commitment to safe practices.

  • Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards and National Safety and Quality in Healthcare Standards.
  • Recent clinical experience in a residential aged care facility or Acute Department.

IMPORTANT: We value the health and safety of our healthcare team. As such, all front-line healthcare workers are required to have three doses of COVID vaccination (unless a valid exemption applies). Proof of vaccination (or exemption) will be necessary before your start date.
