Position Title: Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program - 3 positions available

Classification: EN Level 2 Diploma year 1

Salary per hour:  $33.83 + penalties as applicable + superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 64 hours per fortnight

Award: Proposed Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Health Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024

Role description

Dhelkaya Health is welcoming applications for our 2024 Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program This is a structured eight-month program offering two rotations of four months duration, through our aged care and acute or subacute departments of the health service, designed to consolidate your nursing skills.  


About you

  • Completed Diploma of Nursing in 2023 or 2024 and has not completed a graduate program at another health service
  • Eligible for registration with AHPRA
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
  • Ability to accept direction and accept suggestions for change to practice as a beginning practitioner
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
