REDHS are seeking motivated Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our Aged Care team in Rochester. We have casual positions available to join our casual bank.

You will use your excellent clinical skills and experience to ensure our residents receive the best care possible.

The successful applicants will bring the following:

  • Experience in Acute & Aged Care Nursing

  • Excellent clinical skills

  • Excellent patient-centred care and assessment skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Enthusiastic Team Worker

As a nurse within Aged Care you will utilise a resident centred issue solving approach to the planning and delivery of nursing care, ensuring the privacy and dignity of residents is maintained at all times.  You will develop effective relationships with residents, their families/carers and members of the health care team.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a current  nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), be medication endorsed and have broad clinical experience.  You must be available to work all shifts across Aged Care.
