STATUS:             Ongoing, Part Time & Casual Opportunities

HOURS:              Multiple contracts, Up to 76.0 hours per fortnight (contract hours negotiable)

Opportunities have arisen for talented and enthusiastic Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated Aged Care team in Maddock Gardens.  We are looking for capable Enrolled Nurses who have a passion for providing person centred nursing care to our elderly residents.  Please specify your preferred eft in your cover letter.

In this role you will provide exceptional care of our frail and elderly residents. You will advocate for the best interests of the residents and take a proactive role in leading and shaping the care given by our Health Care Workers. The successful applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts across 7 days a week.

The ideal applicants will demonstrate:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
• Good clinical assessment and care planning skills
• Passion and commitment to providing a premium standard of care to the elderly
• An understanding of accreditation standards, the Aged Care Act and Resident Classification system, ACFI, continuous improvement, OHS and risk management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to successfully prioritise tasks
• The ability to work cooperatively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• The ability to support and engage with personal care workers to ensure highest quality of care for residents
