Job Description

The Role 

Reporting to the Senior Projects Controls Manager, the EPMO Coordinator provides vital project coordination and administrative support to the EPMO team.  

Your main tasks will include assisting in the development and implementation of the Reporting Framework and DV Project Management Framework, as well as managing the monthly updates of EPMO reports. You will also support project delivery teams to ensure smooth operations. 

In this role, you will work independently, taking initiative and focussed on meeting deadlines. You will communicate effectively with EPMO Managers and key staff to ensure all follow-up actions are completed promptly and accurately. 

Core Accountabilities: 

  • EPMO Data and Reporting: 
  • Implement administrative processes for compliance with reporting requirements. 
  • Prepare and track monthly reports. 
  • Develop templates and procedures for the Reporting Framework. 
  • Create PowerBI reports for various divisions. 
  • Collect and present data using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

EPMO Support: 

  • Standardise data management and filing practices. 
  • Provide administrative support to EPMO Director and team. 
  • Arrange and document project meetings. 
  • Assist with workshops, training sessions, and presentations. 
  • Develop and implement the Project Management Framework (PMF). 
  • Process project invoices and manage accounts payable. 
  • Maintain records management system. 
  • Support transition activities and manage enquiries. 
  • Create and maintain project documentation and files. 

Initial 12-month contract

Education & Experience  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property, Project Management, Construction Management, or Engineering is highly advantageous. 
  • Previous experience working in a Project Management Office. 
  • Experience across the project lifecycle with knowledge of project and program management methodologies. 
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; Power BI experience is a plus. 
  • Experience in the government sector is desirable. 
  • Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Skilled in translating complex datasets into compelling narratives through data visualisation. 
  • Knowledge of Project/Program management frameworks. 
  • High-level professional administrative and project support in a construction or related environment. 
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining office systems and identifying process improvements. 
  • Capability to handle complex and sensitive issues discreetly and judiciously. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with external and internal stakeholders.
