The successful applicant will provide high-level, confidential, executive support and advice to the Regional Director and the Regional leadership team.

Reporting to the Regional Director Barwon South West Region, the Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level, confidential, executive support and advice to the Regional Director and the Regional leadership team. The EA must be highly organised and able to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The EA works closely with the Senior Advisor to the Regional Director to support delivery of priorities and commitments across the Directorate.  

The successful incumbent will demonstrate sound knowledge of the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning's business and administrative policies and procedures coupled with adaptability, time management and rapport building skills.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Demonstrated professional experience providing high level administrative, secretarial and executive support in a dynamic environment, preferably within the public sector.

This is a fixed term position available until 18 November 2022. This position is located at Geelong.
