The Executive Assistant will provide high-level confidential support to the Victorian Disability Worker Commissioner (the Commissioner) and the Director; managing emails, diaries and calendars, preparing meeting agendas, minute taking, booking catering and coordinating briefings and correspondence This role is aslo responsible for office coordination, processing of Oracle transactions and providing administrative support relating to finance and human resources matters. Other duties include arranging travel and accommodation bookings.

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated self-starter with a focus on service excellence and attention to detail. You will have an ability to work with limited supervision in a complex, sensitive and fast paced environment. You will demonstrate strong skills in communication, organisation and planning, team work, and senior stakeholder relations.
