Reporting to the Executive Director, the Executive Assistant provides executive management support to two Directors and the Executive Director, in addition to broader high-level administrative support to the Legal Privacy and Integrity branch within the Regulatory, Risk, Integrity and Legal Division. 

With particular attention to confidentiality and sensitivity, the Executive Assistant is required to manage directorate administration requirements including diary and email management; coordinate human resources documentation for the management of staff on behalf of the executive team; manage and coordinate the workflow from the branch to the directorate team to ensure that work is closed off with the appropriate executive and assist in the processing of invoices and establishment of purchase orders. This role is responsible for supporting the engagement with stakeholders and clients, and the establishment of meetings, preparation of materials and following up of relevant stakeholders as requested by the executive.
