Work location: Melbourne | CBD

You will provide support to the Co-Executive Directors – Water Resources Strategy, managing complex email, calendar and meeting agenda requirements and coordinating workflow. You will coordinate and prepare briefings, correspondence, minutes, agendas, working papers and work with executives and managers to ensure that actions are followed up and completed against mandated timelines.

You will manage the coordination and quality assurance of Ministerial correspondence and briefs for the division, ensuring that all documents prepared for the Minister and Secretary are reviewed and corrected for errors, conform to the required style, and are completed in a timely fashion.

You will have excellent communication and relationship management skills, forming and maintaining positive working relationships within the Group and department and with key stakeholders.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
