Seeking a driven and motivated professional to join Parks Victoria in the role of Executive Assistant, providing critical support to our Infrastructure Division.
About the role
As the Executive Assistant, your primary focus will be to provide high level organisational, strategic coordination and administrative support to the Executive Director Infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to prepare materials, quality assure board and committee papers, and liaise with senior management across your own and other Divisions. We're seeking a highly organised individual with the ability to facilitate a wide range of activities and seek resolutions to issues on behalf of the Executive Director.

It is a statutory authority with responsibility for managing an expanding and diverse estate covering more than 4 million hectares, or about 17 per cent, of Victoria.
