About the role

If you are a curious, self-motivated finance business partner looking to have real impact on the commercial and financial direction of an IT service management/service desk function – we want to hear from you! The role will see you:

• Become a trusted partner to business leaders to proactively respond to their finance needs and provide value-adding insights,
• Lead business stakeholders on a continuing journey of financial maturity, including IT service costing, and
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Finance & Business Services team

To succeed in the role, you will have experience with the following:

• Tertiary qualification in finance or business
• CPA or CA essential
• Proven stakeholder management skills, ideally in a business partnering model
• Previous experience providing commercial and financial support to a IT service management/service desk function will be highly regarded.
