We are seeking a Patient Services Assistant to join our care team at the Dimboola Campus to assist with the provision of food services duties for our residents and general cleaning services.Dimboola is a satellite campus of Wimera Health Care Group that is located 30 minutes from Horsham. This casual position involves working shifts from the 7 day rotating roster, including evening shifts.

Key  Selection Criteria include:

• Experience in a similar role


• Ability to manage and organise own time in order to meet deadlines


• Effective communication skills


• Strong Knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness standards for a food Services environment (Knowledge of HACCP)


• Demonstrate experience in cleaning procedures and the use of cleaning products with in a kitchen environment


• An appreciation of the importance of nutrition to residential care


• A demonstrated understanding of food and beverage operations


• A willingness and ability to work positively within a team environment


• Current certificate in Safe Food handling level 1


• Current Certificate in Basic Hygiene
