Provide professional leadership in an inclusive, dedicated and supportive team culture
• This permanent part-time role (45.6 hours per fortnight) supports a group of OTs in a multidisciplinary structure
•Serve the communities of Frankston & Mornington Peninsula.

What You Will Be Doing

Working across the peninsula and based in Hastings and Rosebud you will maintain an active caseload and provide clinical leadership for Community Health Children’s Occupational Therapists with key responsibilities of team clinical capacity building, clinical supervision and professional leadership based on best practice and evidence based principles

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
*Qualification in Occupational Therapy and maintain current registration with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated current, specialist knowledge in the provision of evidence based children’s occupational therapy services across a broad range of conditions and ages.
• Demonstrated clinical leadership and supervision of staff to promote professional competence and foster individual staff development.
• Demonstrated commitment to operationalizing the core values/principles of the social model of health.
• Excellent time management and adaptability.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and participate in quality improvement and evidence based practice activities.
