Why Relocate to Gippsland, Victoria?

Just two hours drive from the city of Melbourne, the region of Gippsland features urban centres, rural lifestyles, snow-capped mountains, forests and a magnificent coastline. You could be surfing the breaks off the 90-mile beach, skiing the slopes of Mount Hotham or hiking through ancient native forests. All this in an area the size of the Netherlands.

So that’s your new lifestyle taken care of. Now, what about a career caring for a population of 300,000 at Gippsland’s largest provider of specialist health services? Latrobe Regional Health (you can call us LRH) prides itself on providing a safe, supportive environment for you to learn, develop and flourish.

About LRH

We are located 150 km east of Melbourne, and LRH is the regional provider of a broad range of specialist health services including hospital based, sub-acute and mental health services across Gippsland.

Now is an exciting time to join the LRH team, with $217 million expansion nearing completion, offering improved maternity and paediatric facilities, larger intensive care unit, increase medical and surgical beds and additional operating theatres.
