About the opportunity

We have an exciting full-time hands-on opportunity for an OHS professional within our People Services team. You will contribute by:

  • Developing, implementing and maintaining safety management system and registers.
  • Conducting audits and inspections ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations.
  • Providing support for incident investigations, hazard management and risk assessments.
  • Facilitating OHS inductions and training to boost safety culture. 
  • Leading and supporting OHS projects and initiatives.
  • Supporting workers compensation through Gallagher Bassett.
  • Producing health and safety reports generating insights and solutions based on statistical data.

To be successful, you'll have:

A proven track record in managing safety requirements and implementing mitigation strategies that have improved safety outcomes. 

Of most importance is finding a collaborative OHS professional who can communicate and influece stakeholders, establish and maintain strong working relationships with people at all levels and deal with dynamic safety related challenges through an active customer service approach.
