About Department

The Medical Records Department supports the delivery of Health Information Management of Central Gippsland Health Service. This is achieved through:

  • support to the clinical areas of the Health Service, to meet high quality documentation standards,
  • provision of information required by external agencies,
  • ensuring compliance with Privacy Laws and Freedom of Information requirements.

About the Role

As a valued member of the Health Information Team, you will be responsible for performing tasks including:

  • all aspects of the medical record document scanning process.
  • assist with release of information requests from internal and external clients.
  • carry out multiple administrative and clerical duties within the department.
