About Us
This position will initially report into Corporate Governance and Support Group and manage a team of HR specialists in the effective and efficient delivery of payroll, rostering, recruitment, Workforce Development and Occupational Health & Safety.
This position will soon be repointed into People, Safety and Culture where core functions span the breadth of workplace cultural, and people matters, including human resources policy and strategy; organisational culture and change; recruitment, redeployment, and retention; performance and development; pay, benefits and workforce reporting; occupational health and safety management; and employment regulations.
About the Role
As a HR Business Partner, you will partner with senior executives and stakeholders implementing a number of HR initiatives to increase engagement and capability. You will have a focus on delivering real value to the business, helping it achieve its core business outcomes.
You will contribute to HR strategy and assist with operational change management programs. This position will contribute to HR initiatives and provide advice to managers on HR related issues such as managing people, resolving conflict, performance management, early resolution solutions of workplace relations matters, change management, workforce and succession planning, health, safety and wellbeing and culture.
The HR Business Partner will operate as part of a large, centralised HR team which includes both strategic and operational focused professionals.
With a direct line to the executive members of the client group, you will play an important role in connecting a complex matrix reporting structure and delivering people focused solutions.
