About the Opportunity

This role is to provide services and advice for the procurement of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) products and services for DoT ensuring appropriate procurement approaches are in place, and probity requirements, authorisations and guidelines as set out by DoT and the Victorian Government Purchasing Board (VGPB) are adhered to. Ensure stakeholders understand client ICT procurement requirements and raise awareness of ICT procurement processes and compliance with procurement policies. 

Key Selection Criteria

• Demonstrate expert knowledge and experience in DoT and government procurement guidelines including rules applying to VGPB Panels.
• Provide sound advice and tailor communications to meet customers' needs.
• Exercises professional independent judgement when making decisions to deliver business outcomes within
• project or program scope.
• Lead the development and implementation of business improvement initiatives.
