About the role

The ICT project manager role has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of Eastern Health projects. The project manager provides leadership to help manage their projects and project teams effectively. 

This role will be responsible for the feature rollout and project management of Microsoft 365.

About you

 You will be driven, confident and proactive in your interactions with various and diverse stakeholders to achieve a desirable outcome. To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Core experience in IT Project Management in broad range of major enterprise scale IT projects
  • Experience managing complex IT projects, specifically Microsoft 365 and other cloud related projects
  • Technical IT background is preferable
  • Worked in Agile project environments
  • Ability to multitask and work on several projects at once
  • Exceptional C-level stakeholder management and vendor management skills
  • Experience working in large, complex enterprise scale project environments
  • Experience preparing high visibility, executive level presentation materials
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
  • A strong commitment to high quality care
  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
