About the role

The Improvement Partner is a key member of the Strategy and Improvement directorate.

The role will support corporate areas in implementing a Lean Management System and developing expertise and a culture that supports the Lean Management philosophy. 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Experience in redesign and improvement methodologies
  • Experience in training and coaching staff in improvement, project and change management
  • Proven track record in successfully leading and embedding change within and across teams
  • Understanding of measurement and monitoring for safety and quality
  • Demonstrated ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure both independently and within a team
