About the branch
The People, Safety & Risk division provides advice and support for legal, human resources, health & safety, statutory compliance, governance, information management, audit and risk functions for Parks Victoria. The Information Management team is responsible for strategically planning and managing information across the whole organisation. This includes the management of records, Freedom of Information and privacy.
About the role and your responsibilities:
As the Information and Change Analyst, you will work with organisational business units across the state to efficiently and consistently manage their information, primarily utilising the Microsoft 365 (M365) suite and the integrated recordkeeping application. You will work with the wider Information Management team, the training coordinator and IT Services to setup the M365 recordkeeping tool integration, benefits realisation measurements and rollout processes.
In this role, you will lead and be responsible for engaging with each business unit within the organisation to identify their information, map processes (where required), rollout training/communication collateral and coordinate with IT Services to implement controlled and compliant M365 tools. You will help to increase user adoption and acceptance of these tools across the organisation as well as ongoing monitoring and support of the M365 tools/integrated application(s) to identify and document future improvements
