The Victorian Auditor General’s Office (VAGO) is a critical part of Victoria’s integrity system. Independent to Parliament, VAGO ensures the accountability of the State Government through audits and assurance reviews of public sector agencies.
VAGO and the Financial Audit (FA) division have commenced a project to design and develop various learning initiatives to support the capability uplift of our employees. As a member of the highly collaborative project team, your focus will be to consult, develop, and implement these initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with FA’s capability needs and aspirations.

As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning materials, incorporating instructional design, adult learning principles and technologies. Your expertise in curriculum development and stakeholder management will contribute to the success of learners by fostering their growth and development through well-designed and impactful development initiatives.
