About Us
Located within Investment and Technology Group, the Commercial Transactions Division operates as a centre of excellence for the Department on commercial tenders, negotiations, management and advisory services. Our portfolio of transaction and commercial advisory projects includes train, tram, bus, road/rail maintenance contracting and re-tendering, media rights and ticketing.
