$101,643 (plus 10% superannuation) PTA Level 5

About the role:

A fantastic development opportunity currently exists for a talented Learning and Development professional. This is a three-month contract offering exposure to the emergency services sector and a lead role managing a team of seven L&D Coordinators and Administrators across the Sout East Region. In this role you will ensure that learning plans meet compliance standards and CFA's certification as a Registered Training Authority is maintained. You will provide expert advice and support and develop training programs, plans and systems.

About you:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in a similar role
  • Completion of Certificate IV Training and Assessment TAE40116
  • Proven experience in a leadership role
  • Experience working in a Registered Training Organisation
  • Experience working with systems, reporting, and interpreting data
  • Program design and budgeting skills
  • Experience working with volunteer groups in a large, diverse, geographically dispersed organisation is advantageous
  • High level communication and negotiations skills

Please note some regional travel, afterhours work and a full driver's licence are required of this role. Flexiible work arrangements are available.
