 About the Role

As a senior leader within the SWH Building & Infrastructure team, you will ensure our facilities, assets, and management systems are compliant, operational, and maintained to the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities, guiding a dedicated team, and contributing to the strategic goals of our healthcare services. 

Position Overview

• Permanent, Full Time (80 hours per fortnight) with a monthly accrued day off
• Warrnambool Campus
• Classification: Administrative Grade 4
• Salary Range: $83,657 - $92,482, plus superannuation 

What you bring:

• Proven ability to manage complex systems, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance.
• A track record of success in overseeing hospital or large-scale maintenance operations.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction, maintenance, and compliance industries.
• Advanced technical skills, including expertise in Microsoft applications and maintenance management software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement across all levels.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to handle competing priorities effectively.
• Relevant qualifications in construction project management, engineering, or related disciplines (or equivalent practical experience).
• A valid Victorian Driver's Licence
