An exciting opportunity for a Manager - Contaminated Land & Landfill Regulatory Services

The Manager - Contaminated Land & Landfill Regulatory Services at EPA will:

• Facilitate the effective and efficient provision of practical, high quality advice and expertise across the areas of landfill and contaminated land.
• Manage and deliver the unit plan and budget to ensure it delivers outcomes in line with EPA's annual plan and the Regulatory Operations Division Plan
• Manage and develop the unit to ensure it is effectively resourced and team members are supported to deliver regulatory activities for complex contaminate land and landfill sites.
• Drive sustainable change and improvement through the unit and Directorate by actively participating in and facilitating involvement of others in key transformation and regulatory programs

About You:

To be successful in this role you will:

Have experience and understanding of the environment, risk assessment, analysis and interpretation of data, engineering controls, and management practices used to reduce and mitigate pollution and waste and their impacts.

Have experience in leading operational programs and/or leading operational teams. Demonstrated experience Developing, implementing, monitoring and regularly reporting on measures that reflect service delivery outcomes Possess a relevant tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience in a related field.

You will possess relevant experience in managing the technical environmental aspects of contaminated land and/or landfill issues.
