The Manager, Intelligence Compliance and Enforcement will be part of a leadership team responsible for implementing the Authority’s Compliance and Enforcement Policy and Program and further developing a range of appropriate compliance procedures. You may also be responsible for leading and developing technical teams that support the Authority’s Intelligence, Compliance and Enforcement Program and other Authority wide initiatives.
The Victorian Government established the Labour Hire Licensing Authority (LHA) to introduce a licensing system to regulate the provision of labour hire services across Victoria. The LHA undertakes a range of licensing, compliance and enforcement activities, maintains public registers and conducts research and education in accordance with the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic) (Act).
About the role
Reporting to Director Complex Harms Taskforce, the Manager, Intelligence Compliance and Enforcement will be part of a leadership team responsible for implementing the Authority's Compliance and Enforcement Policy and Program and further developing a range of appropriate compliance procedures. Other responsibilities may include leading and developing technical teams that support the Authority's Intelligence, Compliance and Enforcement Program and other Authority wide initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive relevant experience in intelligence, compliance and enforcement preferably in a regulatory environment, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a passion for leading and developing people.
This role has a flexible work location with an option of Melbourne CBD or Bendigo.
