What will the Manager, Operational Intelligence do?

In the role of Manager, Operational Intelligence, you are responsible for leading the development, planning and delivery of high-value operational intelligence products to guide decisions relating to the operation's engagement and compliance activities. You will leverage data and stakeholder relationships to oversee the effective collection, recording, analysis and dissemination of information, and shape the direction, planning and focus of compliance activities in response to a range of complex issues.

The Manager, Operational Intelligence will utilise their extensive subject matter expertise in operational intelligence products to drive the design and implementation of novel and innovative practices in response to emerging issues and lead the delivery of operational intelligence initiative in response to identified time-sensitive and critical needs.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Provide dedicated leadership expertise and management in order to drive the research, analysis and development of operational intelligence products to support both enforcement and engagement with high risk industries.
  • Lead the preparation of high-quality intelligence products (including public reports) and deliver high quality written and verbal briefings to decision-makers at all levels of the operation.
  • Establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships with key internal and external agencies and stakeholders to deliver products and services that are timely, accurate and relevant.
